We Accept Visa and Mastercard. If you do not wish to use your credit card information on the internet, you may mail in your order by completing a printable order form and mailing your order per the instructions on the form or you may phone in your order.
We accept Personal and/or Company Checks and money orders. However, please note that we do not ship orders before checks/money orders have cleared the bank. Thus, allow two weeks for checks/money orders to clear. If you would like to pay by money order or check, you must complete a printable order form and mail your order as per the instructions on the form. (Returned Checks are Subject To A $35.00 Service Charge.)
We Accept C.O.D. Payments(Cashier Checks Only, Add $9.00 C.O.D. fee.)

Shipping for Continental US orders will be via US Postal Service unless otherwise requested.

Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all international orders - call or e-mail for shipping information. Shipments to foreign countries with cashiers checks in advance or by credit cards. No C.O.D.

RETURN POLICY:
Returns of items purchased from this website are only accepted for a maufacturer defect. In addition, return notification must be made within 10 days from the ship date. Thus, all shipments should be checked for a manufacturer defect immediately upon receipt.
Upon receipt, if any item that you purchased from us is found to be defective, please take the following steps to exchange that item for a non-defective one.
1)Return the defective item in its original packaging with all accessories, etc. and with all tags attached within 10 days for an exchange. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with your return. Returns without the complete original packaging and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip will not be accepted.
2)Ship the return to us via US Postal Service Ground. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on merchandise shipped outside the United States. Shipping for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer.
3) Upon arrival of the returned merchandise and after it is found to be defective(as determined by us), a replacement will be mailed. We reserve the right to substitute for similiar items if the same item is not available. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for an exchange.
